Kalau mulai bahas soal yang satu ini memang agak sukar sedikit,saya sendiri kurang memahami alasanya?entah apa memang sudah niat/suka atau tidak punya pilihan yang lain,sehingga dengan mencari pekerjaan sudah menjadi tujuanya,tapi sebenarnya kalau mau pelajari secara lebih mendalam lagi!Sebenarnya setiap orang itu punya kemampuan untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan,entah itu dalam lingkup kecil ataupun zona besar,tapi kebanyakan orang kurang minat melakukanya karena berbagai alasan misalnya:Tidak punya modal,tidak ada pengalaman,tidak punya bakat atau tidak mau repot dll,.Anda mungkin kurang menyadari kemampuan dan bakat yang anda miliki,yang mungkin saja itu bisa mendatangkan sebuah berkah(peluang usaha kerja),terkadang tanpa anda  sadari kalau anda itu punya bakat terpendam dalam bidang tertentu,akan tetapi  tidak mau menggalinya(mengembangkanya)jika saja anda mau mencoba mencari bakat dan kemampuan yang terpendam dalam diri anda? dan mau mengembangkanya bisa jadi anda bisa jadi orang sukses nantinya,coba anda bayangkan bagaimana dampaknya jika semua orang lebih suka mencari kerja dan malas atau tidak mau menciptakan kerja?pasti di sana sini banyak yang namanya pengangguran karena kurangnya lapangan kerja,karena kebanyakan yang mencari kerja.kalau anda mau coba kembangkan kemampuan dalam diri anda saya yakin anda pasti mampu dan bisa,,salah satunya misalnya seperti ini?>Anda punya keinginan membuka lapangan kerja di kota anda,akan tetapi keadaan anda kurang atau bahkan tidak punya modal untuk mewujudkanya,dan akhirnya anda hanya berkhayal dan bermimpi saja  karena merasa tidak mampu atau tidak mungkin bisa melakukanya,,''Sebenarnya anggapan seperti itu keliru(salah)''karena itu bukan suatu alasan yang kuat yang seharusnya di rubah cara pandangnya dan cara mengartikanya.

 Kalau alasan anda buat peluang kerja terhalang oleh karena kurangnya modal???sebaiknya anda harus coba merintis dari tahap paling  bawah,, orang kalau mau sukses itu harus berjuang dulu dan mungkin mendapatkan kesulitan berbagai macam,cobalah anda mulai dari usaha yang tidak usah memakai modal uang dulu,,lho apa bisa????jawabnya pasti bisa  karena anda masih bisa memakai tubuh dan akal tanpa mengeluarkan uang untuk modal,saya kasih beberapa contoh simple misalkan anda bisa memulai usaha dengan hobby anda,entah mengukir,mancing,melukis,buat syair,lagu menyanyi dan lain lain,yang intinya anda harus punya niat dan mau mengembangkanya,terserah anda mau memulai dari yang mana,apa dan prosesnya,saya yakin jika anda punya kemauan keras dan usaha yang gigih pasti bisa berhasil,,,,sekarang mungkin keadaan anda sedang susah dari segi ekonomi tapi belum tentu sama lain hari jika anda mau berusaha.siapa tau dengan bakat atau hobby yang anda mliki bisa menciptakan sebuah lapangan usaha kerja,yang tentunya itu sangat menguntungkan bagi anda dan orang lai.

Saya sangat prihatin kalau mengamati di daerah2,kota2,negara2,banyak sekali orang mencari pekerjaan dan banyak yang gagal karena bemacam macam alasanya,dan akibatnya pengangguranpun tak  terelakkan bertambah lebih banyak lagi,sangat disayangkan sekali kalau ada bakat dan kemampuan yang kurang atau bahkan tidak di kembangkan,padahal itu bisa saja bermanfaat dan bisa membantu orang lain,jika semua orang lebih suka menciptakan kerja saya yakin pengangguran bisa berkurang dan negara pun bisa terbebas dari kemiskinan dan mengurangi penjarahan yang kebanyakan dari mereka berdalih soal kurangnya ekonomi.

Untuk artikel yang ke dua ini,saya akan coba bahas permasalahan seputar kegagalan di dalam sebuah karir,..dan mencoba pecahkan solusinya yang tepat dan efisien,semoga bisa memberi solusi bagi anda,yang mungkin saja anda sekarang sedang mengalami kesulitan atau kegagalan di dalam karir,kalau di lihat dari segi pandang memang dunia karir itu kelihatanya sangat menjanjikan untuk berbagai kalangan masyarakat,tapi tak sedikit pula dari mereka yang hanya melihat karir dari segi suksesnya saja,dan mengeduakan kesulitan dan kegagalan tersebut,kenapa demikian?karena kalau menurut dari pengalaman saya pribadi dan juga dari orang orang yang sudah sukses,ternyata orang cenderung hanya memimpikan dan mendampakan keberhasilan dalam sebuah karir,saya rasa lebih efektif bila mana kita itu harus berpikir dua kali ,tentang apa yang harus kita lakukan dan apa resiko yang harus kita hadapi?sudah siapkah anda menerima kegagalan?jawabnya kurasa pasti tidak...bukan?memang sudah menjadi fakta bahwa setiap orang inginya selalu sukses atau berhasil dalam bidang karir tertentu,tapi andaikan saja yang di terima bukanya sukses tapi kegagalan,lalu bagaimana?bukankah itu suatu pengalaman yang pahit?sebenarnya kegagalan itu berasal dari diri kita sendiri,karena apa?''karena tidak sedikit dari banyak orang yang tidak benar benar menyiapkan mental yang kuat untuk menerima kenyataan''

Ini juga salah satu penyebab dari kegagalan dalam membina karir yaitu:''Kurang adanya pemahaman yang mendalam tentang karir itu sendiri'',bukan tidak mungkin anda masih kurang cermat dan kurang behati hati dalam menjalani sebuah karir,itulah penyebab gagalnya usaha karir anda,saran saya mungkin anda bisa mencoba cara dengan memahi,menekuni serta menyiapkan diri anda untuk melakukan atau mengambil keputusan secara tepat dan bijaksana,jika mungkin anda sekarang lagi mengalami kegagalan,sebaiknya jangan putus asa atau jangan menyerah,coba anda bayangkan bagaimana nasib orang orang yang pernah mengalami kegagalan lebih dari sepuluh kali bahkan lebih seratus kali tapi akhirnya mendapatkan keberhasilan dalam sebuah karir?setiap mereka gagal bukan jadi alasan atu halangan bajkan itu bisa menjadi semangat tersendiri,karena dengan begitu akan timbul rasa       ingin melakukan usahanya hingga berhasil,meskipun kesulitan atau rintangan tidak mempengaruhi semangatnya,karena apa?karena orang orang seperti itu sudah tau akan resiko dalam membangun sebuah karir,dan sudah sangat siap menerima kenyataan termasuk jika mengalami kegagalan.

Dan penyebab yang lainya bisa juga di karenakan ''mungkin anda kurang bergaul dengan teman teman atau rekan yang terjun di bidang karir yang sama dengan anda''sebenarnya dalam hal ini perlu buat anda,karena dengan memiliki rekan yang banyak dan seprofesi dengan karir anda,itu bisa buat nilai yang sangat menguntungkan bagi anda,karena dengan begitu anda bisa saling tukar pendapat dengan orang orang tersebut,dan masalahpun saya rasa tidak ada yang berat jika di pecahkan secara bersama sama,untuk itu cobalah saran saya ini,,mungkin itu bisa memberi jawaban yang paling tepat tentang kegagalan dan keberhasilan anda.

Banyak sekali orang yang yang ingin mencapai kesuksesan dalam bidang karirnya maupun dalam hal yang lainya,tapi kebanyakan dari mereka tidak mengerti atau bahkan tidak tau cara meraih sukses itu sendiri,sehingga tidak sedikit pula dari beberapa orang mengalami kesulitan untuk mencapainya,ujungnya hanya mendapatkan rasa kecewa dan putus asa, karena merasa usaha yang selama ini di tempuh dengan penuh rintangan dan pengorbanan ternyata tidak membuahkan hasil atau gagal. sebenarnya titik poin masalahnya hanya sederhana,tapi terkadang masalah itu bisa juga buat orang bingung untuk  memahami,atau tidak mengerti cara yang tepat untuk menjalaninya(penyelesaianya),mungkin di benak atau pikiran anda pernah bertanya:

   Maksudnya begini,,,sebelum anda ingin memulai karir atau usaha jangan pernah lupa tanamkan tekat niat yang kuat dalam hati anda,jangan lupa juga anda harus sangat yakin kalau usaha yang ingin di tempuh itu pasti akan berhasil,ini adalah poin yang sangat penting dan bermanfaat dalam meraih karir yang sukses,karena apa?karena itu adalah sebuah kekuatan dalam hati anda,yang bisa membuat anda selalu semangat dan tidak mudah untuk menyerah,karena semua karir itu pasti berpeluang menemui berbagai kesulitan,entah itu sederhana ataupun sangat serius.Jika anda mendapatkan kesulitan maka bersyukurlah,karena apa?karena dengan semua masalah yang sedang anda hadapi bisa buat acuan untuk koreksi diri,dan langkah yang terbaik yaitu dengan memahami dan mencari cara untuk penyelesaianya masalah itu,semua masalah atau rintangan pasti ada celah jalan untuk memperbaikinya,tapi terkadang banyak orang menganggap masalah itu sebagai kegagalan,sebenarnya pendapat itu sangat keliru sekali,karena dengan masalah itu sendiri bisa membuat orang jadi lebih profesional dalam bidangnya,tapi semua itu tergantung bagaimana cara memahinya.Dan anda sebaiknya mau belajar dari pengalaman orang orang pernah pengalami kegagalan dan berakhir berbuah dengan sukses.

2.>Fokuskan semua pikiran anda dalam bidang itu

   Banyak orang yang tidak konsentrasi atau tidak serius dalam mengelola,menjalani dan meningkatkan sebuah karir,sebaiknya sikap seperti itu harus anda hindari,karena bisa membuat karir berantakan bahkan bisa sampai tahap kegagalan,maksudnya begini:jika anda sedang ingin menjalani ataupun sudah mempunyai sebuah karir?maka tekunilah usaha itu dengan baik,jangan biarkan pikiran anda terganggu oleh hal hal yang lain,misalnya masalah cinta,keluarga,keuangan ataupun hal yang lainya,anda harus pintar pintar untuk manfaatkan situasi dengan baik dan cemat,bukan tidak mungkin suatu tindakan remeh seperti itu bisa menghambat atau mebuat gagal karir anda,jadi hati hatilah dengan sikap yang seperti itu karena bisa berpeluang menjadi kegagalan,saya rasa mencegah masalah itu jauh lebih baik daripada memperbaiki masalah,menurut anda setuju tidak?kalau saya nilai dari pengalaman pribadi  dan dari pengalaman orang orang yang sudah sukses,ini juga temasuk salah satu langkah yang penting untuk di pahami dan di jalankan.

3.>Berdoa kepada Tuhan

   Untuk langkah yang terakhir ini terkadang banyak orang yang lupa,sengaja ataupun tidak mau mengerjakanya,entah apa alasanya tapi faktanya memang seperti itu yang sering terjadi ,,,dan ketika sudah mengalami sebuah kesulitan atau kegagalan mungkin baru ingat atau baru mau melakukanya,anda harus tau dari keajaiban dari sebuah ''Doa''Anda harus selalu ingat suatu hal: bahwa tidak ada di dunia ini yang tidak mungkin atau yang mustahil bisa terjadi,apapun bisa terjadi jika Tuhan menghendaki,sekalipun hal yang sangat mustahil,alangkah baiknya semua usaha dan perjuangan karir kita selalu di sertai dengan berdoa,percaya tidak percaya semua tergantung dari diri anda sendiri,kalau menurut saya pribadi,,,saya anggap ini adalah salah satu langkah yang paling penting,sebesar apapun usaha yang kita lakukan?kurasa kurang sempurna tanpa adanya sebuah doa.
